From the Rooms Overview page, we provide event admins with detailed information about the contracted block, reporting, and the status of all properties. All tabs allow event admins to download data contained in the table to excel or CSV file formats.
Block Summary
Under the Block Summary tab, event admins can email an individual property or all properties by checking the checkbox in the first column next to the property name, or by using the Select All checkbox in the table header. Once a checkbox has been checked, the Email Selected link will become active.
Clicking the Email Selected link will open a modal where the event admin can enter a custom subject and message.
Property Name column
- The Rooms Manager link will take you to the Rooms Manager page where event admins can manage reservations, block, and rate for the property.
- The Property Contacts link will take you to the Property Contacts page, which allows event admins to edit the primary contact information for the property. It also allows the event admin to add or update Rooming List users. Event admins can also resend documents or links to GPS pages from here. A history of emails sent from this page is also available.
- The On-Hold Rooms List link will appear whenever a hold block exists for that property. This link will take you to an on-hold rooms list for this property and event.
The Block Status column lets event admins know if any room types are open or closed to availability.
Release Date column indicates the date when unsold rooms are returned to the property. This occurs early in the morning on the date of release.
If you enable the Waiting List, this column will appear. The blue text that says "Waiting List" is a link that will allow you to manage the waiting list for that property. The number indicated in the blue oval indicates how many people are currently waiting for rooms to open up.

Pending Confirmation, Pending Cancellation, and Pending Changes columns indicate how many reservations need action taken by the property.
Contracted, Booked, On-Hold, and Available columns give the event admin a summary of block pick up and room activity.
Public Availability
Public Availability tab displays the availability of group block and rate by day. Clicking the Details column plus or minus icon will display inventory and rate by room type for a property.
Pickup/Availability
Pickup/Availability tab displays daily rooms on-hold, booked, and remaining availability by room type.
Revenue
Revenue tab displays daily rooms booked and revenue by room type.
