Event admins can enable the waiting list functionality from the Booking Engine Settings page. The Waiting List page will list any guest that have chosen to register for the waiting list for a property. All waiting list members are notified once rooms are made available, once informed they will be removed from the list.
The Waiting List panel will display a count of how many rooms are needed for everyone who signed up for the waiting list to receive a room.

The bulk actions drop-down is only enabled once a checkbox or multiple checkboxes are selected in the waiting list table. The bulk actions include:
- Add - Adds a removed member to the waiting list
- Remove - Removes a member from the waiting list
- Email Selected - Emails a custom message to the selected waiting list member
Checking the "Show Removed" checkbox will show all members who have been previously removed from the waiting list table.
- Remove (button) - Will remove a person from the waiting list table, that person will not be sent a notification if more rooms are made available
- Add (button) - Adds a removed person to the waiting list table, that person will receive a notification if more rooms are added to the property
