From here an Event Admin can add another room type to an existing RFP/group block and re-create the PDF contract.
Room Settings
The "Room Settings" section requires that the Event Admin provide the room description, occupancy per room, rates and block by date.
Revision Information
The revision information gets added to the notes section on the "Rooms Manager" page. A new PDF contract will be emailed to the property if the "Recreate and Send PDF contact file" is checked. Click the "Add Room Type" button to save the new room type.
